Best Carb Diet Low Calories

If you read all of the books claiming to be the best carb diet, then you are probably as confused as I am. Each book has a little different slant on the low carb diet. Many people gets so bored with the scientific information on the low carb diets that they never get to the really important parts, which are the kinds of food you should be eating if you want to lose weight.
A really good rule of thumb for creating your own low carb diet plan is to devise a plan that includes the freshest fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and seafood. In addition you should eat good fats and nuts. Whole grains are also a part of a good low carb diet. Remember low carb is not no carbs.
One of the latest plans for low carb dieting is to include lots of raw vegetables. Raw vegetables are very healthy because cooking often takes away some of their nutrients. If you are a dieter who is always in a hurry, you can visit the market and choose six or seven different vegetable that you like. Even if you aren’t sure that you will enjoy a new vegetable, try anyway. If you have been a meats and potatoes eater, that’s why you are dieting. Choose every green vegetable that you can find. Then add squash, sweet potatoes, eaten in moderation, cauliflower, and mushrooms. When you get home, wash and prepare a beautiful platter of the raw vegetables. Cover carefully and at mealtimes you are ready with your vegetables. Nothing could be easier. Eating them without dips or dressings is best, but if you must have a dressing, buy low calorie no sugar dressing. Remember a tiny dip is fine and a dunking is going to sabotage your diet.
Another great way to always be prepared with the raw vegetables is to make a garbage salad. Sound weird. Anyway, use a huge salad bowl; fill it with spinach, dark salad greens, and all the other vegetables you can think of except potatoes, of course. They wouldn’t be very good raw anyway. When dinner or lunch time comes, bring out the salad and you and any family can help themselves. A light salad dressing made of olive oil and spices makes a perfect accompaniment. If that doesn’t work, use one of the low carb dressings on the market. Don’t overdo the dressing or you will sabotage your best low carb diet low calories.
Fruits are also very great parts of a low carb diet. Fresh strawberries, blackberries, plums, nectarines, peaches, blueberries, and apples make wonderful salads. Create a beautiful fruit plate that appeal to the senses and to the taste buds. A little Splenda will add a little sweetness if the fruit isn’t as sweet as you would like.
Whole grains and nuts are very important. Choose breads or celeries that contain lots of whole grains and different types of nuts. A good idea might be to add some nuts to the celeriac if it doesn’t have enough. Add skim milk or even eat the cereal dry if you prefer. Go light on the bread and cereal. You will probably want to add some fresh fruit to the cereal to truly brighten your morning.
Eating as we were created to eat will certainly improve your weight and your general feeling of health. Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains eaten in moderation are the perfect carb diet low calories. Good luck and good eating.
