This is not a weight loss program and nor is this a review of a weight loss product but it is a fat loss program.The website gives the impression that it is all about body building but that is not what it's about. The author is however, a long time body builder who has studied nutrition extensively for many years.

He has invested 14 years of his life researching and
testing the fat loss techniques discussed in his book.
This book is a much more involved education on what foods to eat and why. The strategies are easy to implement and appear to work for those that use them. We are featuring this product on this site because of the very favorable word of mouth behind it. People are telling their friends about it and that is why it has become a top seller.

The downside of this fat loss program is that it is a 337 page book. However, It is written in such a way that it is easy to skim if you are pressed for time. If you are looking for a very thorough discussion and education on the subject of fat loss, then this may be just the book for you.
